01 General Terms & Conditions

BK6 (bk6.fun) is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between BK6 and its members. By accessing or using the platform, you are considered to have read and accepted all of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. A notice will be posted on the website and registered members will be informed. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law

BK6 operates under an international licensing authority. In the event of any dispute, the applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined by the relevant licensing authority.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account on BK6. If eligibility requirements are not satisfied, BK6 reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Only one account is allowed per person.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or rented to another person.
• The payment method must be registered in the account holder's name.

Identity Verification (KYC)

BK6 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID, passport, or driving license may be requested for verification. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

BK6 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, the balance is generally credited within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 200,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be returned via the original deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

BK6 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read before accepting.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be used once.
• If there is an existing bonus on the account, a new bonus cannot be claimed until it has been cleared.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 10x to 20x. If a promo code applies, it must be entered at the time of deposit to receive the bonus.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on BK6 are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bk6 will refund the bet amount.
• The maximum single bet limit may vary by game.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, separate in-play betting rules apply once a match has started.

Technical Issues

If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, BK6 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet. BK6 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection issues.

06 Responsible Gaming Policy

BK6 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a financial solution. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• You can set daily or weekly deposit limits at any time.
• A cooling-off period option is available.
• For permanent self-exclusion, please contact support.
• Access is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BK6. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's details.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Placing bets on behalf of other members or using third-party funds.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Rude or disrespectful behavior toward BK6 staff.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

09 Account Closure & Suspension

BK6 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If fraud or deceptive activity is suspected.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• The member requests account closure themselves.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be made available for withdrawal.

10 Dispute Resolution Process

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. Resolutions are typically provided within 24 to 48 hours.

• If a complaint is not resolved within 30 days of submission, it will be escalated to a higher authority.
• In disputes over game outcomes, server logs will be treated as the final and definitive evidence.
• BK6's decision is final and binding.
